As usual, everything is still yummy as before. If you need a quick breakfast before you head out for your daily adventures, stop by and power up on a country ham & biscuit with a side of cheese grits. Then, if you need a great lunch, this is your spot. Chow down on an old-fashioned cheeseburger and some onion rings. You can never go wrong at this favorite East Cobb restaurant.
In town visiting. Cute place. They offered cheese grits samples. Everyone was super friendly. When they saw it was our first time they explained menu options. Great breakfast menu. Loved my chicken biscuit! Food was hot, served quickly. A+. Will gladly return on our next visit.

My coworker and I have the opening shift at the North East Cobb YMCA. When you get up before 5am you need sustenance. We patiently wait till 6 when this amazing place opens. Their cheese grits melt in your mouth. Truly nectar of the Gods!!!. Anything item on the menu is delicious and guaranteed to make you smile. Gooooo now!
We have ordered breakfast from Breakfast and More, aka "BAM", about 10 times in the last two years. It is DELICIOUS. We order through a delivery app, and it is always hot and fresh. The best part about this establishment is that it is privately/family owned, prices are incredibly reasonable, and the food is delicious and homemade. My neighbors that visit in person said the employees are welcoming, that it is a friendly casual joint. My favorite item by far are their hamburgers... yes, for breakfast, don't judge me. The burgers are hand made and the toppings (lettuce onion tomato) are crazy fresh. Per my family, the breakfast sandwiches & hashbrowns are delicious. I can testify to the cheese grits - one of the best I've ever had. Give this establishment a shot, if you want food that is uncomplicated and delicious. I look forward to trying other things on their menu...
Your classic hometown breakfast, hole-in-a-wall place. They started as a gas station food hub back in the 90s-2000s and everyone constantly craved their biscuits and cheese grits. Their menu has not drastically changed over the years, but the food is still the same mom and pop food. They are run by local high school students and they are very friendly. Beside the Fox News channel pummeling through the sound system, it is a very enjoyable place.

Unassuming. Straightforward. Good Food. We love going to BAM in those mornings where we dont want to cook, but we dont want to make a big deal of breakfast. I have bounced around on the type of biscuits I get - sausage/egg/cheese, country ham/egg, bacon/egg/cheese, chicken biscuit...My favorite is country ham and egg...YUM. And their cheese grits....just something about the ooey gooey deliciousness. The staff is great and you can tell they really do know some of their regulars which makes their service A+. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
